5th International Conference on Education in Uganda

Teso Education Fund (TEF), a UK registered charity organisation 1196225 is organising the 5th international conference on education in Uganda.
Conference Theme: Innovative ways to improve education in Uganda
Conference Objectives
  1. To highlight the challenges facing education in Uganda
  2. To showcase successful educational initiatives that can be adopted or scaled up to improve education in Uganda
  3. To explore education related initiatives that can be adopted to improve education in Uganda
  4. To promote networking, collaboration, and partnership in improving education in education.
  5. To raise funds and other resources to support young people in need of education in Uganda.
Conference Date: 25-31st August 2025
Conference Venue: University of West London. St Mary’s Rd, London W5 5RF. United Kingdom
Conference Participation:
To present in the conference, submit an abstract of a maximum of 250 words. The abstract should address the theme and objectives of the conference and be in the following format:
  • Description of the issue or problem or intervention (50 words)
  • Purpose, goals and objectives of the intervention (50 words)
  • Description of the methods or approaches used in the intervention (50 words)
  • Results of the intervention or solution of the problem (50 words)
  • Conclusions and recommendations or lessons learnt (50 words)

Conference Registration: 
To attend the conference, one must pay conference registration fees.
  • Registration fee is £350, $450, UGX1,500,000 or equivalent in other currency.
  • Deadline to register and pay is 31/07/2025.
  • Conference fees will cover stationary and meals.
  • Conference registration fees are not refundable.
  • Upon payment of registration fees, international participants will receive an invitation.
